Returns & Refund Policy

At ANZA Online, we strive to provide quality products and excellent service.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item was supplied

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The product is unopened and unused

Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following may not be returned unless faulty:

  • Opened software licenses

  • Downloadable products

  • Ink / toner / consumables once opened

  • Custom orders

  • Clearance / end-of-line items

  • Products damaged through misuse

3. Faulty Products

If a product develops a fault:

  • Notify us immediately

  • Some products may be assessed under manufacturer warranty

  • Repair, replacement, or refund may depend on supplier findings

4. Dead on Arrival (DOA)

Products that fail immediately on first use must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Change of Mind Returns

If approved:

  • Product must be unused and sealed

  • Return shipping may be customer responsibility

  • Original shipping charges may be non-refundable

  • ​A handling fee may apply

6. Refund Timeframes

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.

7. Return Shipping

If the error was ours or product was faulty, we may cover return shipping.

If customer ordered incorrectly, return shipping may be customer responsibility.

8. How to Request a Return

Email us with:

  • Order Number

  • Product Name

  • Reason for Return

  • Photos (if damaged)

Manufacturer warranties apply where relevant and may vary by brand/product.
